The Kontagious Pickleball Club is a fun, high-impact initiative focused on community building and developing individual leadership in you, rather than on athletic competition. Our philosophy is that sport does not build character—it reveals it.

A Platform for Authentic Growth
The game is a fun, inclusive way for us to connect authentically with Gen Z students and create a genuine “home away from home” environment. The relationships formed here are real and lasting, strengthened by our intentional focus on values like integrity and honesty—American work ethics that naturally show up and take shape in the real-time moments of the game.
We are committed to developing leaders, not just great players. This is where dreamers and doers come together, in order to cultivate the Kontagious community.
Intentional Leadership
Every game serves a higher purpose: identifying and nurturing future leaders. Our approach is personal and intentional. We use the club as a space to observe and understand students on a deeper level through play.
As the saying goes, “Eagles don’t flock—you have to find them one at a time” (H. Ross Perot).
The court gives us a natural window into how you communicate, problem-solve, and show up in real time. This helps us recognize the unique potential in each participant and offer tailored mentorship that creates a direct pathway into our formal leadership programs.
The Pickleball Club is open to anyone who is interested, regardless of experience. It’s an inclusive and accessible space where students can learn, connect, and begin their journey toward becoming impactful global leaders.
Developing Global Leaders from Day One
Kontagious is uniquely positioned to support international students from the moment they arrive in the United States through to the launch of their careers. Our mission is grounded in intentional leadership development, deep mentorship, and the personal growth necessary for cultural transition and embracing the American work ethic.
